1. The Public Ledger

Muslims in Space keeps a public Ledger of Ascenders. When you complete a purchase, the social handle or unique name you choose at checkout is published on this site alongside your order number, size, and timestamp. This is part of the drop — every buyer is etched into the night sky.

By completing checkout you grant Muslims in Space a perpetual, royalty-free license to display the handle or name you provided on this site and on any associated marketing surfaces. Do not submit a name you are not comfortable making public. We do not publish your email, shipping address, or payment details.

If you need a handle removed from the public ledger, contact us — we will replace it with the generic "Ascender" label. The order record itself remains for accounting.

2. No Returns, No Refunds

All sales are final. Because this is a limited drop produced in small runs from Covington, WA, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing regret, or color preference. Please review the size guide and product details carefully before completing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or materially different from what was described, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $8 flat and items typically dispatch within 3–7 business days. Tracking is provided by email once your order leaves our studio.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Muslims in Space never sees or stores your full card number. Prices are listed in USD and may not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, embroidery, branding, copy, and product imagery on this site are the property of Muslims in Space. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission. Wearing the hoodie and posting selfies is, of course, encouraged.

6. Limitation of Liability

Muslims in Space provides this site and its products on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that order.
